before you submit something to the portal, make sure its decent?, when i made vista for ps3 ( flash based ) i made it exactly like it.. this however is not representable..

I didnt try to make it like any other OS out there, I made this as a base. All the bad art? Basic shapes? Bland monotone colors? Theyre all placeholders, just saving a place for the real art, menus, icons and wallpaper. Try to be a little nicer in your reviews, alright?

wow

before you actually want to submit a flash to the portal, learn how to use it first, and never make a tutorial again, because those werent special effects, they were basic blurs and tweens,N00B

I do know how to use flash, and its supposed to be a beginers tutorial. Also, why do it another way when its far easier this way?

nice! but it get kinda boring after awile...lol its pretty good but next time make it like so u can walk arround and press the keys to punch opponents lol!
